Itchy Kitty set to open for NW, indie rock legends Built To Spill

The Built To Spill team have been avid supporters of our friends in Itchy Kitty for a few years now. After a short run of shows that they co-opened for Doug Martsch’s other band, Treepeople in 2019, they’ve now been asked to join BTS on a rad set of West Coast dates in early 2022. They’ll also be sharing that spot with our friends, the amazing, Albuquerque based Prism Bitch on most of their dates.

Built To Spill made the public announcement today to coincide with their signing to Seattle’s legendary Sub Pop records for their next new album. We’re super excited for Itchy Kitty to have such an amazing opportunity. Thrilled to see all their hard work the last couple of years being recognized with such a great chance to spread their insanely great live show to tons of new eyes and ears up and down the coast. Make sure to go follow their IG for all the updates and videos that are sure to follow.

Here’s the official Sub Pop announcement.
